This Falcon entered the Dutch civil aviation register in September 1998, and was operated by Martinair Holland on behalf of Berk Air, the aviation division of Berk Holding BV, associated with Pon Holding, the import-company of the Volkswagen and Audi cars in Holland. When Martinair Holland decided to discontinue their Executive Jet division, this Falcon was transferred to Jet Management Holland during January 2002. On 7 July 2005 the Falcon was transferred to JetNetherlands BV, Schiphol. On 11 March 2009 its BvL expired. On 31 May 2010 the Falcon was cancelled from the Dutch civil aircraft register as its BvL was expired for more than 1 year. During July 2012 the Falcon was for sale on Jetlist.com [ttaf:9950] & [$ 3.200.000]
