Together with its sister-ship PH-DYE this brand new Citation entered the Dutch Civil Aviation Register on 22 June 2000. It did operate for Dynamic Air from Rotterdam and Eindhoven. On 12 January 2004 the Citation was involved in a taxi incident at Rotterdam which resulted in a damaged wing. The Citation was to be sold to Dove Air Inc, from Hendersonville, North Carolina and a reservation was made in the FAA register. New tailnumber to be N928DA. On 9 September 2004 the Citation was transported by truck to Germany where it was repaired. In 2005 the Citation returned to the Netherlands. PH-DYN was transferred to Jet Management Europe BV on 30 October 2005, and a few months later on 18 January 2006 to Solidair from Eindhoven. Solidair was declared bankrupt on 7 October 2011 and PH-DYN was transferred to Dynamic Partners BV, Nijmegen on 4 November 2011. On 27 September 2012 the Citation was transferred to GE Capital BV, Breda. On 12 March 2014 the Citation was cancelled from the Dutch register and exported to the USA. New tailnumber N928CB of PJS Enterprises LLC, Neodesha, Kansas.
